Mindprint Expert Review

Virtual Nerd is a well-organized, easy-to-use, free website that covers math topics from first grade through high school. Topics are easy to find by searching grade and Common Core Standard, or by school subject in middle and high school. All videos are presented by a few young and personable teachers, so if your student likes one or two of the videos, the site will likely work well for your student. Each video is accompanied by a series of key words that a student should know before diving into the video. Students will be able to find the videos explaining those key words by simply scrolling down. All videos are accompanied by printable slides that explain the concepts and generally mirror the video content. Overall, Virtual Nerd is an excellent, easy-to-use math video site for all ages.
