Mindprint Expert Review

Magnetic Four offers a twist on the traditional game of four in a row, that can help kids with strategic and flexible thinking. The objective is get four of your color in a row, but in this version magnets hidden beneath the board can flip a color unexpectedly. Because the location of the magnetic strips can be changed every time, there are endless combinations of new game boards to create. The unknown location of the active magnets will excite some students and engage those who enjoy strategy games. However, it may prove frustrating to students with self monitoring challenges. The game itself is engaging to a wide age range and younger students can play with older siblings or parents.
