Considerations

Mindprint Expert Review

This free site enables users to print out over 1,500 different types of paper from their own printers. The broad variety of paper types and versions, graph paper, financial planning, and ruled line papers can be useful in a variety of subjects. Lined paper and graph paper can be particularly helpful to students with weaker fine motor, visual motor and spatial perception skills to keep their work neat and their numbers aligned. Adults might even use this as an opportunity for students to visibly see their improvement as they start with wider lines and big boxes and progress to smaller lines and boxes. Students with weaker skills should be encouraged to continue using lined paper and graph paper, even for their scrap work and even if their peers use regular white paper, as it can be an easy and effective tool to improve their accuracy and prevent mistakes.
