  • Students can look up inappropriate words.
  • Must upgrade to have translations read aloud.

Mindprint Expert Review

This is a straight-forward, attractive app to translate English words into other languages. The free version will provide ten different text translations and the paid upgrade provides 90+ languages and option to have the translation read aloud. Users simply type or say a word in English, and within seconds the word is translated into all the languages on a single screen, including the Wikipedia definition in English. The app has a clean interface and uses a large, easy-to-read font. Note that children can easily find translations for inappropriate language and there are many prompts to upgrade. Students and travelers might find this to be a very useful foreign language dictionary, particularly, if they need several languages and are willing to pay for the upgrade. Or it can be a fine, simple choice for quick foreign language translations.
