This hypnosis app is designed to help users combat anxious feelings with relaxation therapy, but adults should keep in mind that it is not designed for children. Adults should always explore the root causes for anxiety problems and address those concerns directly. This app is specifically designed to make hypnosis accessible to anyone with a portable device in need of relaxation. The developers claim that the app will be effective when used for 15 minutes a day, three times a week. The app begins with an audio introduction to hypnosis which is intended for adults and can only be skipped with an upgrade. The narrator's voice is clear, calm and relaxing as he guides the user to a relaxed state explaining how to release tension and focus. “You will want to close your eyes gently on the count of three…” Unlike similar apps, there is no background music which the app explains is distracting. This is a fine app to use with children although there is nothing particularly appealing or attractive for younger users. Overall, this app can be a helpful tool to help students relax, but adults should be certain it is appropriate for a child to use independently or monitor meditation to make sure it is done properly.

This App introduces the iCan hypnosis brand to a wider audience by being free of charge, and can be used to learn self-hypnosis for tackling many other problems. It is a clinical hypnosis method that can directly connect to the subconscious and allieviate and ultimitely allow you to be free from these troubles.
Hypnosis is more than a method of relaxation, and the audio recordings contain subliminal signals that speak to the subconsious with powerful effect. We do not advocate background music, and recommend a quiet and safe environment where you will not be distrubed. The audio lasts for about half an hour, but once you have learned the technique of self hypnosis, you can use the technique for just fifteen minutes, as often as required.
