Author Andi McNair provides a step-by-step process of how to structure Genius Hour, or passion projects, in the classroom. She explains the purpose behind passion projects, and how to support students in implementing them in a way that allows them to use their time to pursue their interests and questions in a meaningful way. The book lays out a sequential process for the 6 P's of Genius Hour: Passion, Plan, Pitch, Project, Product and Presentation.
