Considerations

  • Many of the puzzle pieces look very similar, which could make this puzzle too challenging for a child with weak visual skills.

Mindprint Expert Review

This is a beautiful puzzle of the solar system which also teaches facts through hidden messages. Students first build the 150 piece puzzle which depicts the solar system and identifies the planets. The pieces are sturdy and break apart easily. Once completed, students use the included magnifying glass to read 31 facts about planets and space. Puzzles can be a great way to strengthen visual, motor and sustained attention skills. This puzzle can do all three, plus the hidden messages give students added incentive to complete the puzzle.
